Our company has great experience in organizing several events, thus we accept the coordination of every event related to the project: residential forums, conferences, receptions, other events. A few examples for our references: full-scale arrangement of opening and closing events, organization of press conferences, giving information for local residents or experts.
In the course of our programmes, we devote special attention to the promotion of the given event: we make invitation cards, bills, flyers and other brochures.
We arrange for the follow-up as well: we collect publications and inform about the event with the help of a photodocumentation.
